Atlas Agri Curing Centre

Mamsen Engineering collaborated with Atlas Agri Global on the Atlas Agri Curing Centre project, focusing on the design and construction of advanced tobacco curing facilities. These centers aim to enhance the efficiency and quality of tobacco curing processes, particularly for small-scale farmers.

Project Highlights:

  • Natural Air Curing System (NACS): Atlas Agri introduced NACS to address limited curing space for small-scale tobacco growers. This system employs natural air curing techniques, offering practicality, efficiency, reduced fuel usage, and alignment with sustainability goals. The widespread adoption of NACS ensures consistent quality and sustainability across the supply chain, making the curing process more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
  • Centers of Excellence: Atlas Agri established centralized community-based hubs providing facilities and expertise for sustainable tobacco production. These centers offer cutting-edge curing systems to improve efficiency and quality while reducing fuel usage and environmental impact. They also support seedbed management and grading for standardized quality, reflecting Atlas Agri’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and elevating the tobacco industry by empowering small-scale farmers.
